The visionary behind TRYBE. As a Registered Nurse, Naturopath, Functional Nutritionist, and Holistic Health Practitioner, Michelle spent years in healthcare observing how poor nutrition and inactivity contribute to declining health. Fueled by a passion for prevention, she transitioned her career to focus on holistic wellness and fitness. TRYBE was born from Michelle’s desire to create a space where people can achieve their personal health goals through a comprehensive, whole-body approach. At TRYBE, we offer personalized guidance that connects the mind and body, empowering individuals to not only improve their fitness but also nurture their overall well-being.
Meet Danielle, one of TRYBE's inspiring instructors! She began her fitness journey focusing on cardio but soon embraced weight training, discovering both physical and mental benefits. Now, her mission is to empower others to feel confident and lead vibrant lives. Outside TRYBE, she's a Senior Accounting Manager and stays active with her dog Cooper. She loves the supportive, encouraging atmosphere at TRYBE and takes pride in helping clients destress and grow stronger.
Meet Morgan, one of TRYBE’s incredible instructors! She started taking TRYBE classes in 2018 with her sister and quickly fell in love with Spin, finding the studio to be her sanctuary during tough times. Morgan aims to create a space where clients feel confident and embrace body positivity. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and working as a kindergarten teacher. For Morgan, TRYBE is more than just fitness—it's a community that helps her inspire others to be their best selves.
Meet Hannah, one of TRYBE’s incredible instructors! As a registered nurse with a passion for an active lifestyle, Hannah became a fitness instructor to help others adopt healthy habits. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two young sons, on outdoor adventures. Hannah loves the mutual inspiration at TRYBE, where both she and her clients encourage each other to grow stronger and healthier.
Meet Alex, our amazing spin and group fitness instructor at TRYBE! Her passion for fitness grew from her love of music, which drives her high-energy classes. Outside of the studio, she enjoys travel, music, dining, and spending time with her dogs, Greta and Mae. What Alex loves most about TRYBE is the close-knit community, where she started as a client. Her infectious energy and love for fitness continue to inspire everyone around her!
Meet Jordan, one of TRYBE's amazing instructors! She began her fitness journey in 2018, where TRYBE became her sanctuary, and fitness turned from a routine into a passion. During the pandemic, exercise became her therapy, inspiring her to help others view it the same way. Outside of TRYBE, she works as an Audiologist, enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her dog, Remi. Her favorite part of TRYBE is the close-knit community, where strangers become friends through shared fitness experiences.
Meet Jenn, she joined TRYBE through our Transformation Program and quickly fell in love with the studio. Her dedication and passion for fitness motivated her to take the next step and become an instructor. She brings an infectious energy to every class, encouraging members to push beyond their limits. Jenn believes that fitness is more than just exercise; it's a way to empower yourself both mentally and physically. She's excited to continue inspiring others on their fitness journey at TRYBE.
Meet Julianna, one of TRYBE's dedicated instructors! Her lifelong love for movement led her to fitness instruction. Outside of TRYBE, she enjoys hot yoga, spending time with her dogs and exploring local dining spots. She loves TRYBE's welcoming atmosphere and takes pride in creating challenging workouts.
